How much do regenerative injections cost?
Cost varies substantially by therapy and by how many sites are treated. Prolozone is generally the least expensive and is priced per session across a series. PRP sits in the middle and is usually quoted per injection or per treatment course. Stem cell therapy is considerably more expensive than either. Because these are almost always self-pay, the figure that matters is the total cost of a realistic course of treatment for your specific condition — not the price of a single injection.
Why a per-injection price can be misleading
Most of these therapies are designed as a series rather than a one-off. A single Prolozone session priced attractively means little if your condition typically needs four to six. The useful question to ask any clinic is what a complete course for your specific diagnosis is likely to cost, including follow-up visits.
What drives the number up or down
How many joints or tendons are being treated, whether imaging guidance is used, the volume and preparation method of the injectate, and how many sessions your condition is expected to need all move the total. A single elbow tendon and a bilateral knee case are not comparable quotes.
Preparation method matters for PRP in particular — systems vary in how concentrated a product they produce, and that has cost implications.
Getting a figure you can actually plan around
We will not quote a number for your case from a web page, because it would be a guess. After reviewing your imaging and history at a consultation, we can give you an expected course of treatment and what that would cost in total, so you can weigh it honestly against other options rather than committing session by session.
